Cream of fresh spinach recipe

Ingredients to make fresh spinach cream:

  • 200 milliliters of chicken stock
  • 2 potatoes
  • ½ piece of long onion or rush
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 splash of milk cream
  • 20 medium spinach leaves
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Pepper

How to make Fresh Spinach Cream:

  1. To prepare this cream of fresh spinach, the first thing to do is to prepare all the ingredients that we are going to use in the recipe.
  2. Then we cook in the bottom or chicken broth, the potato peeled and cut into cubes, and the whole onion and garlic. This will take between 15 and 20 minutes. When the ingredients for the spinach puree are cooked, drain them and reserve for later.
  3. When the potato and onion are well cooked, we will put our previously washed spinach leaves in that pot and leave them for 5 minutes inside the bottom to cook. In this way our cream of fresh spinach has a very nice green color.
  4. Next, we will put what we have all cooked in the pot inside the food processor or electric mixer, and blend the light spinach cream until the mixture is homogeneous. Then rectify salt and pepper and stir well.
  5. Finally, we serve our delicious cream of fresh spinach and put a splash of milk cream on top to decorate, and if we have, some French fries or pumpkin chips. Bon Appetite!
