Cream of corn recipe

Ingredients to make Cream of corn:

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 5 chopped onion
  • 5 cup cream
  • 5 cup evaporated milk
  • 6 cups frozen corn kernels, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make cream of corn:

  1. Fry the onion in margarine until it begins to brown.
  2. Add the cream, milk and 4 cups of corn. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes without letting it boil and then blend.
  3. Cook with the remaining 2 cups of corn for 5 minutes. Season to taste and mix with the previous smoothie.
