Ingredients to make Cream of corn:
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 5 chopped onion
- 5 cup cream
- 5 cup evaporated milk
- 6 cups frozen corn kernels, cooked
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives (optional)
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make cream of corn:
- Fry the onion in margarine until it begins to brown.
- Add the cream, milk and 4 cups of corn. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes without letting it boil and then blend.
- Cook with the remaining 2 cups of corn for 5 minutes. Season to taste and mix with the previous smoothie.
