Cream Of Celery With Salmon Recipe

Ingredients to make Cream Of Celery With Salmon:

  • 1 bunch of celery with leaves
  • 2 large leeks
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower oil
  • 5g butter
  • lemon juice
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 50 ml of liquid cream
  • salt and white pepper
  • To decorate:
  • 100ml whipped cream
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon
  • fresh chives stems
  • lemon or lime zest

How to make CREAM OF CELERY WITH SALMON:

  1. Cut the end of the celery and separate the stems, wash and dry.
  2. Cut into medium pieces.
  3. Wash the leeks, discarding the damaged leaves and roots and cut the rest (including the green part) evenly.
