Cream of celery and carrot recipe

Ingredients to make Cream of Celery and Carrot:

  • 3 units of medium carrots
  • 1 unit of medium white onion
  • 1 bunch of fresh Celery
  • 4 grams of medium yellow potatoes
  • 1 cup of skim milk
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste
  • 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 120 milliliters of milk cream
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Cream of Celery and Carrot:

  1. Our first step to make the recipe for this purifying vegetable cream is to pre-list the ingredients.
  2. Peel the potatoes and take them to a deep pot, add water to cover them and bring the pot to medium heat.
  3. Once you observe that the preparation is about to boil, add the celery and carrot in medium pieces. Cook all vegetables at the same time until tender, then remove from heat.
  4. Pass everything through a strainer and put all the vegetables in a bowl.
  5. Add the chicken or vegetable broth and once the mixture is cold, process or blend everything until the ingredients are completely integrated, forming a fairly homogeneous cream.
  6. Take the purifying cream back to the pot, add a little salt, pepper, milk, garlic paste and white wine. Let it conserve for about ten minutes over low heat so that our cream of celery is well preserved.
