Cream of carrot and white wine recipe

Ingredients to make Cream of carrot and white wine:

  • 4 units of carrot.
  • 500 ml of chicken broth.
  • 250 ml of whole milk.
  • 2 units of medium white onion.
  • 2 teaspoons of butter or margarine.
  • 1 cup of white wine.

How to make Carrot and White Wine Cream:

  1. Prelist all the ingredients.
  2. Peel each of the carrots and cut into thick slices.
  3. Add the chicken broth in a pot and bring it to medium heat, let it boil. Once it is boiling, add the carrots and let it cook for about 10 minutes over medium high heat.
  4. Cut the onion into feathers and reserve.
  5. Bring a frying pan to medium heat, add the butter or margarine and fry the onion. Sauté for approximately five minutes.
  6. Add the onion and milk to step 3.Let boil for 5 more minutes and turn off the heat. Let cool.
  7. Once cold, add to a bowl and process with the help of a mixer. Return to the pot and heat a little to serve.
  8. Serve with packet potatoes and a teaspoon of milk cream. Enjoy.
