Ingredients to make Cream Cheese and Pepper Dip:
- 1 cup of regular sugar
- 2 capfuls of white vinegar
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 stick of cream cheese

How to make Cream Cheese and Bell Pepper Dip:
Pour all ingredients into blender at once, except cream cheese. Blend for several minutes and voila.
Take the cream cheese stick and place it in a deep bowl, where the cream cheese is comfortable. Take a soup spoon and in the middle of the cheese make a hole in the shape of a spoon (the hole should be in the shape of a canoe). When you do this the cheese will stretch and start to split on the sides. Cover the cracks with the same cheese. Pour the mixture that is in the blender over the hole in the cheese. You have to cover all the cheese with the liquid. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to thicken. With a kitchen knife take crackers or (garlic & herbs) and eat.
