Crayfish recipe with papaya and mango sauce

Ingredients to make Norway lobster with papaya and mango sauce:

  • 1 papaya
  • 1 kilo of large langoustines
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of ginger
  • 1 handle

How to make Norway lobster with papaya and mango sauce:

  1. For the sauce, mix the papaya, mango and a little grated ginger.
  2. Add a pinch of salt, a little oil and a few drops of lemon until a homogeneous sauce is obtained.
  3. Put the langoustines in a pot of boiling water for about 10 minutes, once boiled, remove the outer part and cut into small pieces.
  4. Put on a plate and pour the sauce on top
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges and papaya.
