Crab salpicon recipe

Ingredients to make Crab Salpicon:

  • 200 grams of Russian crab meat
  • ¼ fresh spring onion
  • ¼ green bell pepper
  • ¼ red bell pepper
  • 8 asparagus tips
  • some lettuce leaves
  • 50 grams of mayonnaise
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

How to make Crab Salpicon:

  1. Chop the meat of the Russian crab and reserve.
  2. Prepare the mayonnaise and add four tablespoons of very fine tomato sauce, as well as a finely chopped julienne lettuce.
  3. Chop the fresh spring onion, red pepper and green pepper into small squares and combine with the crab and the asparagus tips.
  4. We distribute the prepared compound in bowls or in special cups if any.
  5. We introduce a mayonnaise base with julienned lettuce and on it the crab salad seasoned with olive oil and apple cider vinegar.
  6. We serve instantly.
