Crab recipe with chilies

Ingredients to make Crab with chilies:

  • 2 sea crabs half a kilo each
  • 50 grams of flour
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 piece of grated ginger
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 3 chopped red chilies
  • 60 ml. of oil
  • half a liter of fried tomato sauce
  • a quarter of a liter of water
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar

How to make Crab with chilies:

  1. Wash the crabs well and cut them in half, remove the gills break the shell of the legs and claws. In

  5. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
  6. Return the crabs and simmer, mixing in the sauce, for 8 to 10 minutes or until the meat turns white.
  7. Serve with rice.
