Ingredients to make Crab Cocktail:

  • 250g canned crab meat
  • 250 g of fresh mushrooms
  • 250g green beans
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • chives
  • Lemon juice
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Crab Cocktail:

  1. Clean the mushrooms by removing the stem and soil.
  2. Wash them with a damp cloth, cut them into thin slices with a truffle cutter and put them in a glass with the lemon juice to prevent them from blackening.
  3. Remove the string from the green beans, clean them and cook them in a saucepan with a little salted water, calculating about 25 minutes of cooking after boiling.
  4. Drain, let cool, and cut into 1-1/2-inch-long pieces.
  5. Remove the skin from the tomatoes and dice them, trying not to break them.
  6. In the bowl containing the mushrooms add the green beans and prepared tomatoes, the crab meat without the liquid and divide it into strips.
  7. Season the mixture with oil, a little salt and a pinch of freshly ground pepper, stir well and sprinkle the top with the finely chopped chives.
