Ingredients to make Crab Cocktail:
- 250g canned crab meat
- 250 g of fresh mushrooms
- 250g green beans
- 2 medium tomatoes
- chives
- Lemon juice
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Crab Cocktail:
- Clean the mushrooms by removing the stem and soil.
- Wash them with a damp cloth, cut them into thin slices with a truffle cutter and put them in a glass with the lemon juice to prevent them from blackening.
- Remove the string from the green beans, clean them and cook them in a saucepan with a little salted water, calculating about 25 minutes of cooking after boiling.
- Drain, let cool, and cut into 1-1/2-inch-long pieces.
- Remove the skin from the tomatoes and dice them, trying not to break them.
- In the bowl containing the mushrooms add the green beans and prepared tomatoes, the crab meat without the liquid and divide it into strips.
- Season the mixture with oil, a little salt and a pinch of freshly ground pepper, stir well and sprinkle the top with the finely chopped chives.
