If you like traditional home cooking, you will love this crab cake. It is a simple and at the same time very tasty recipe, with basic ingredients and a special touch provided by the crab meat.
Ingredients to make Crab Cake:
- 300 grams of crab meat
- 1 teaspoon of Parsley
- 100 milliliters of Cream of milk (½ cup)
- 50 grams of breadcrumb
- 150 grams of mozzarella cheese
- 3 units of Eggs
- 1 unit of white onion
- 1 pinch of garlic paste
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
How to make Crab Cake:
- The first step to make our recipe with crabis to prepare the ingredients
- Bring a frying pan over medium heat with a little sunflower oil, add the onion in small squaresand sauté for a few minutes
- Add the crab with a little salt, pepper and garlic paste if desired. Sauté this pie filling for afew minutes.
- Add some finely chopped parsleyand mix well with the rest of the ingredients, turn off the heat.
- Take the previous preparation to a bowl and add the bread crumb, mix the ingredients very well and let cool.
- Once the filling is cold, add the eggs one by one and mix the ingredients of our crab cake
- Finally, add the milk creamand mix everything well.
- Grease a refractory and add the mixture of the crab cake
- Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese on top of the preparation.
- Bake the crab cake, with the oven preheated to 200ºC, for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until you see the cheese has melted
- Serve the crab starterwith some finely chopped parsley on top. And as a second course, you can prepare grilled chicken breast
