Ingredients to make Crab Butterflies:
- For 4 people:
- 16 layers of egg roll wrappers
- 1 can of crab
- 1/2 stick of cream cheese
- 1/2 chicken breast
- 5 fresh shrimp, shelled
- Salt
- pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons of white wine
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 stalk of chopped Cambray onion
How to make Crab Butterflies:
- Grind the breast and shrimp in the food processor; add the completely dry crab, cream cheese, pepper, onion and salt; Shake all.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
- Divide the pasta into four equal parts and place portions of the mixture on it; close in a triangle and paste the edges with a little egg.
- Introduce the triangles in very hot oil until obtaining a cinnamon color; if desired, accompany with sweet and sour sauce.
