Crab Butterflies Recipe

Ingredients to make Crab Butterflies:

  • For 4 people:
  • 16 layers of egg roll wrappers
  • 1 can of crab
  • 1/2 stick of cream cheese
  • 1/2 chicken breast
  • 5 fresh shrimp, shelled
  • Salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 stalk of chopped Cambray onion

How to make Crab Butterflies:

  1. Grind the breast and shrimp in the food processor; add the completely dry crab, cream cheese, pepper, onion and salt; Shake all.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg.
  3. Divide the pasta into four equal parts and place portions of the mixture on it; close in a triangle and paste the edges with a little egg.
  4. Introduce the triangles in very hot oil until obtaining a cinnamon color; if desired, accompany with sweet and sour sauce.
