Crab and Prawn Sandwich Recipe

If you want to eat well but you don’t have time to cook, this sandwich with crab sticks is a good option. Learn how to prepare an exquisite crab and prawn sandwich that you can eat at any time, that is… make sure there are not many people because they will surely want to take it away from you.

Ingredients to make Crab and Prawn Sandwich:

  • 5 units of frozen prawns
  • 4 units of crab sticks (Surimi)
  • ½ can of sweet corn
  • 1 tablespoon of Mayonnaise
  • ½ tablespoon of Mustard
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 5 units of green olives
  • 1 handful of French fries
  • 3 slices of cheese
  • ½ loaf of bread
  • 1 lettuce leaf

How to make Crab and Shrimp Sandwich:

1 Let’s start by heating a frying pan without oil to cook the prawns. About 5 minutes will be enough. I have used frozen shrimp but you can use fresh or cooked if you prefer.

2 Next, finely chop the prawns and crab sticks. He cuts everything as small as possible. You also cut the olives into slices.

3 Mix the corn with the prawns and the surimi in a bowl. Add a mayonnaise, mustard and season with a little salt and pepper. Stir until you get a paste, you can modify the amount of ingredients to taste.

4 Cut the loaf in half and place the slices of cheese first and then some lettuce. I have used cheese for sandwiches but you can use any type of cheese, the one you like the most!

5 Then place the rest of the ingredients in the order you want. I have put the stuffing of crab and prawns, then the olives and I have finished with the potatoes.

Trick: The chips give the sandwich a special touch, you can use any type of mashed potato chips.

6 Finally, cut the bread in half and bon appetite! This crab and prawn sandwich is a delight, perfect for a weekend meal or to take on a picnic or beach day.
