Couscous recipe with vegetables and spices

Ingredients to make Couscous with vegetables and spices:

  • 100 grams of couscous
  • 50 grams of red pepper
  • 50 grams of purple onion
  • 50 grams of Carrot
  • 10 grams of fresh parsley
  • 1 pinch of cumin powder
  • 1 pinch of powdered ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper
  • 20 milliliters of sunflower oil

  1. Before making this healthy recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a pan with oil, cook the onion, pepper and carrot cut into very small cubes over medium heat for 8 minutes until the vegetables are golden, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Hydrate the couscous in 150 ml of warm water, wait approximately 5 minutes until it absorbs the water and is soft.
  4. It is time to mix the couscous very well with the sautéed vegetables, finely chopped parsley, cumin, ginger, salt and pepper.
