Ingredients to make Couscous with vegetables and nuts:

  • 100 grams of Couscous
  • 10 units of Almonds
  • 50 grams of red pepper
  • 50 grams of green zucchini
  • 50 grams of yellow zucchini
  • 50 grams of Onion leek
  • 2 units of Garlic
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Couscous with vegetables and nuts:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. To cook the couscous, have a pot with water on the fire.
  3. When it is boiling turn off and add the couscous. Leave for 2 minutes and remove from the water, reserve.
  4. Apart in a frying pan with oil, fry the onion cut into slices and the pepper cut into small cubes.
  5. When these ingredients are well browned, add the garlic and fry for another minute.
  6. Add the zucchini cut into small cubes and fry for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
  7. Add the couscous and mix everything very well.
  8. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, rectify flavor with salt and pepper and mix with sliced ​​almonds.
  9. Serve the couscous with vegetables and nuts and enjoy.
