  • 120 grams of Couscous
  • 1 unit of large avocado
  • 1 unit of tomato
  • 80 grams of white onion
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Couscous and Avocado Salad:

  1. Before making the couscous and avocado salad, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. Remember that we always repeat this step because it will be much easier to start cooking if we have organized all the materials we will need.
  3. To start, put water and a pinch of salt in a pot, when it boils, turn off the heat and add the couscous.
  4. Stir and cook for 3 minutes, then drain and reserve.
  5. Separately, mix the onion and seedless tomato, all cut into small cubes.
  6. It is time to add the couscous and mix everything very well.
  7. Then add the diced avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  8. Mix everything very well and check the seasoning to correct the amounts if necessary.
  9. Finally serve the couscous and avocado salad and enjoy at lunchtime.
  10. This recipe is ideal for a weekend meal or if you prefer to serve it as a garnish, you can try it with fried fish.
