Country rice recipe

Ingredients to make Country Rice:

  • 4 small cups of rice
  • 8 tablespoons of Oil
  • 1 unit of onion
  • 1 pot of natural tomato
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch of Parsley
  • 250 grams of Chicken
  • 250 grams of Rabbit
  • 250 grams of pork rib
  • 12 cups of small chicken broth
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Country Rice:

  1. We leave all the ingredients ready before getting down to work with the rice recipe. As optional products, we can add green beans, peppers, carrots, etc.
  2. Once we have everything ready, we cut the meat into medium and regular pieces, add salt and pepper to taste and reserve for a moment. Heat a clay pot with a little oil and, when hot, brown the meat. We booked.
  3. Peel and finely chop the onion. Then, we brown it over low heat in the oil that was left over from cooking the meat. We fry it until it acquires a dark tone but without burning it. When this happens, we add the natural tomato boat, season with salt and pepper and keep the fire until the water disappears.
  4. Separately, chop the garlic and parsley and add it to the casserole along with a stock cube or cube and the pieces of meat. Let cook for 3 or 4 minutes, until the water evaporates.
  5. Add the rice, stir well so that it browns slightly and is impregnated with the flavors. Then, we pour the boiling chicken broth and, when it starts to boil, we check the salt point. Let cook over high heat for 10 minutes. After this time, lower the heat and leave 7 more minutes over low heat.
  6. When it is ready, turn off the heat, let it rest for a few seconds and serve the hot country rice. This recipe is ideal for when we have visitors, because it is a really delicious rice.
