Corvina recipe stuffed with seafood

Ingredients to make Corvina stuffed with seafood:

  • 1 regular size sea bass
  • 1 hedgehog
  • 1 cup of mussels (mussels)
  • 1 cup of cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup of cooked prawns
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 lemons, juice
  • 1 lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • pepel aluza

How to make Corvina stuffed with seafood:

  1. Wash and clean the fish.
  2. Open it in the middle without separating the prey and remove the thorn.
  3. Season well with salt, pepper and the juice of one lemon.
  4. Season the shellfish and sauté them with a tablespoon of butter.
  5. Once sautéed, fill the fish with the shellfish.
  6. On the back of the fish make some cuts.
  7. In a baking dish, place the buttered aluza paper and put the fish.
  8. Drizzle with white wine and bake in the regular oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until roasted.
  9. Remove and let cool.
  10. Once cold, remove the paper without losing its juice.
  11. Wash and clean the lettuce by leaves.
  12. Season with salt, oil, lemon juice and the juice of the fish.
  13. In a dish for the table, form a bed of finely chopped lettuce and place the fish on it.
  14. Decorate with mayonnaise and finely chopped parsley.
