Ingredients to make Corvina stuffed with seafood:
- 1 regular size sea bass
- 1 hedgehog
- 1 cup of mussels (mussels)
- 1 cup of cooked shrimp
- 1 cup of cooked prawns
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 lemons, juice
- 1 lettuce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 butter spoons
- 1 cup of white wine
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Corvina stuffed with seafood:
- Wash and clean the fish.
- Open it in the middle without separating the prey and remove the thorn.
- Season well with salt, pepper and the juice of one lemon.
- Season the shellfish and sauté them with a tablespoon of butter.

- Wash and clean the lettuce by leaves.
- Season with salt, oil, lemon juice and the juice of the fish.
- In a dish for the table, form a bed of finely chopped lettuce and place the fish on it.
- Decorate with mayonnaise and finely chopped parsley.
