Corvina al cartouche recipe

Ingredients to make corvina to the cartridge:

  • 4 fish fillets
  • 1 purple ceolla sliced
  • 1 sweet pepper cut into julienne strips
  • 4 sprigs of fresh marjoram
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • 4 sprigs of parsley
  • 4 ounces of white wine
  • 4 clean prawns
  • 4 sheets of 6″x8″ parchment paper
  • salted
  • pepper to taste

How to make cartridge croaker:

  1. Place a fish fillet on half of the parchment paper.
  2. Place the ingredients for each fillet, that is, a slice of onion, three strips of sweet pepper or paprika, a sprig of marjoram, a slice of lemon, a sprig of parsley, an ounce of white wine, a clean shrimp without the covering, salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover the fish with the other half of the parchment paper, rolling the edges to seal.
  4. Place in the oven on a tray at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
