Ingredients to make Corvina a La Appetito’s:
- 1 sea bass fillet (350 gr.)
- 4 unit oyster
- 100 gr. jaiva de (its shredded meat)
- 100 gr. assorted seafood (shrimps, clams, machas…)
- white willow
- milk cream
- nutmeg
- salted
- liquor (whisky)
How to make Corvina a La Appetito’s:
- Open the croaker to stuff.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fill the sea bass with the 100 grams of assorted shellfish.
- In a pan, prepare the white sauce and add a lid of whiskey, a little nutmeg and fresh cream until it blends a little.
- Chop the oysters and add them to the sauce.
- Add the jaiva meat to the sauce.
- Reduce the content of the bread for 4 minutes.
- Now add the stuffed sea bass to the pan very carefully, so that it cooks in the sauce with its ingredients.
- Then cover the pan and cook over low heat for about 8 minutes.
- To serve, first carefully remove the stuffed sea bass and present it on your plate, then add the sauce from the pan.
- Accompany only with a baked potato as a suggestion and a good Sauvignon Blanc wine, a little dry.
