Cornalitos fried Provenzal recipe

Ingredients to make Provenzal fried cornalitos:

• 500g of clean, fresh and dry cornalitos

• 300 g flour

• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

• 4 cloves of minced garlic

• Lemon slices to decorate

• Salt

• Pepper

How to make Provençal fried cornalitos:

Put the cornalitos in a container and season them, pour all the flour on top and stir them with your hands so that they are well impregnated with flour, then place them in batches in a wire strainer and shake over the container to remove the excess flour. Fry them in plenty of hot oil, remove with a slotted spoon and place on absorbent paper. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with garlic and parsley, decorate with lemon slices.
