Corn and Tomato Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make corn and tomato salad:

  • 1 can of sweet corn kernels
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • Lettuce
  • 100 grams of Mayonnaise
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 piece of fresh oregano (optional)

How to make Corn and Tomato Salad:

Cut the lettuce into pieces and place them in a salad bowl. Open the can of corn, drain and add to the same source where you have the lettuce. Separately, cut the tomato into segments and place them decoratively in the fountain.

The dressing for this fresh salad is made by mixing mayonnaise with oil and salt. Beat everything until you get a sauce with a more liquid texture than thick.

Serve the corn and tomato salad by sprinkling with a little dressing and finish the dish with the fresh oregano.
