Ingredients to make Corn and Jicama Salad:

  • 1 piece of Jicama
  • 200 grams of sweet corn
  • 1 piece of handle
  • 1 piece of lettuce
  • 1 cup croutons

How to make Corn and Jicama Salad:

The first step in preparing the corn and jicama salad will be to wash and peel the jicama.  Cut into medium cubes and reserve. Separately, wash the cucumber and cut into thin fans, as shown in the photograph. Peel the magician, remove the pulp and cut into thin slices.

Place a bed of lettuce, previously disinfected, on each plate, cover with jicama cubes, mango slices, cucumber, croutons and corn kernels to taste.
