Ingredients to make Coquinas al ajillo:

  • 300 grams of clean or fresh frozen clams
  • 1 sprig of fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon corn or wheat flour
  • 2 cayenne
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 glass of brandy
  • 1 small glass of water
  • 1 dash of sunflower or seed oil
