Cookies with prickly pear recipe
Ingredients to make Cookies with prickly pear:
- A packet of crackers
- A can of striped prickly pear
- Water
- Salt
- Mayonnaise to taste (it can be white or spicy mayonnaise) A finely chopped small onion
- Pepper to taste
- Parsley
- Olives to decorate
How to make Prickly Pear Cookies:
The prickly pear is poured into a glass container, preferably. Then add the onion and a touch of pepper and mix until a uniform mass is obtained. Finally add the mayonnaise to taste, and mix to the point of puree. Then serve on crackers and decorate with a small sprig of parsley and green olives.
