Cookies, Flan and Chocolate Cake Recipe

Ingredients to make biscuit, flan and chocolate cake:

  1. 2 envelopes of Para flan Flan in
  2. 2 liters of milk
  3. 400 grams of Cocoa powder
  4. 1 pinch of flour (it’s in case it doesn’t thicken the chocolate)
  5. Colored balls to decorate
  6. 6 packages of Cookies to taste

How to make Cookies, flan and chocolate cake:

  • Before starting with the recipe, it is necessary to review all the ingredients. I use flan in but other brands are also good to prepare flan. On the other hand, the number of cookies is indicative, since each one depends on the mold. That said, in a mold we put the whole cookies until the base is covered (it doesn’t matter if there are holes).
  • To make the flan we will use only 1 liter of milk. In a cup we put a little of that liter of milk to dilute the Flan in sachets, we put the rest of the milk to boil in a pot. When it begins to boil, add the flan diluted with the milk (before we stir it a little so that when pouring it into the hot milk there are no lumps), stir well until it begins to thicken, remove it from the heat and let it rest.
  • To continue with the preparation of the cookie cake, in another pot we put the other liter of milk and when it starts to boil we add the cocoa. Stir well, if it thickens remove it from the heat and if not add a tablespoon of flour to thicken it.
  • Carefully pour half of the cream over the cookies and spread it well. First we add the flan and then the chocolate or vice versa. The important thing is that we alternate cream with cookies. That is, we can make a layer of cookies, another of flan, another of cookies, another of chocolate, cookies, flan, cookies, and so on until the cake is finished. We can finish with the base that we want.
  • I put the colored balls well before serving so they look like snowflakes, but this is optional. You can also decorate the biscuit, flan and chocolate cake with whipped cream or whipped cream.

Tip: The biscuit, chocolate and flan cake must remain in the refrigerator for three hours to set.
