This time in this article brings the cookie dessert, made with Ducal cookies and the famous Oreo cookies. Prepare some individual molds and eat!

Ingredients to make Cookie Dessert:

  1. 1 liter of milk
  2. 250 grams of Sugar (1¼ cups)
  3. 2 dessert spoons of Starch or Cornstarch
  4. 2 teaspoons of Black Vanilla
  5. 1 package of Ducal Biscuits
  6. 1 package of Oreo cookies
  7. 1 handful of pearls or colored shavings

How to make Cookie Dessert:

  • Prepare the ingredients to expedite the preparation of this delicious dessert.
  • To begin with, in a pot boil the milk with the sugar. Remember to reserve a little milk, half a small glass, to be able to dissolve the starch later.
  • In a plastic container, mix the two tablespoons of starch with the remaining milk. Stir until there are no lumps, then pour this into the already boiled milk.
  • Stir this mixture with a hand whisk until you get a thick mixture, as seen in the photo.
  • Add the vanilla essence and continue stirring, do not stop stirring so that lumps do not form. The idea is that a homogeneous cream remains.
  • If you like, you can add the Oreo cookie filling and if you do, remember to mix well so that the ingredients are integrated into the mixture evenly. Then let rest.
  • Crush the cookies separately, the Ducats and the Oreos without the filling cream. Place a tablespoon of ducal biscuits, in the bottom of each individual mold, with a little condensed milk.
  • Add the milk mixture and repeat the process but with the crushed Oreo cookies. Pour the mixture again forming layers until you reach the top.
  • Finally spread the colored pearls to decorate. You can also use whipped cream and strawberries, let your imagination fly for decoration. Put the cookie dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and that’s it.
