Cooked with vegetables recipe

Ingredients to make Cooked with vegetables:

  • 1 Tray of vegetables for broth
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 15 green beans
  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 300 grams of beans
  • 300 grams of chickpeas
  • Pasta for soup
  • Salt
  • Egg
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Oil
  • Flour
  • 1 veal bone
  • 1 pork bone
  • 1 salted bone (preferably knee)
  • 1 piece of beef
  • 1 piece of pork
  • 1 chicken thigh
  • 1 sausage
  • 1 black pudding
  • 1 piece of bacon

How to make Cooked with vegetables:

  1. We prepare all the ingredients.
  2. In a pot we put all the meat to cook except the bacon and the minced meat.
  3. Peel and wash all the vegetables, reserving the beans, two carrots, the potatoes and the cabbage. And the rest we put them in a pot with olive oil to fry together with the bacon.
  4. Once the vegetables are well sautéed, add them to the meat broth.
  5. Then we add the vegetables that we had reserved and let it cook over medium heat for two hours, while we chop the garlic and parsley, add it to the minced meat, make the balls and flour them.
  6. After two hours, remove the broth, meat and vegetables. Add the vegetables to the broth
  7. Next, add the balls and cook for ten minutes.
  8. Meanwhile, we prepare the pasta for the soup, put the pasta in a pot, add the hot broth and let it cook until the pasta is done.
  9. Once the soup is made, we serve it together with the meat and vegetables that we had removed from the broth.
