Cooked soup with bacon recipe

Ingredients to make Soup stew with bacon:

  • ¼ kilo of ox or cow zancarrón
  • 1 bone
  • ¼ kilo of chicken
  • ¼ kilo of chickpeas
  • 1 leek
  • Half an onion
  • Parsley
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 garlic
  • 100 grams of bacon in thick strips
  • 100 grams of sausage
  • Thin noodle (30 grams per person)

How to make stew soup with bacon:

  1. We put all the ingredients in a pot to cook with two and a half liters of water. They are cooked for 2 hours (in the pressure cooker, half an hour is enough).
  2. Strain the broth and remove the meat and chickpeas. Fry the chopped onion in a little oil and a few pieces of chopped chorizo ​​and bacon. Add the broth and when it starts to boil, add the noodles to taste.
  3. Cook for about 1/4 hour and serve. The meat that we have removed before is cooked with some peppers and fried tomato. The chickpeas accompany the cocido soup in a separate tray.
