Ingredients to make Soup stew with bacon:
- ¼ kilo of ox or cow zancarrón
- 1 bone
- ¼ kilo of chicken
- ¼ kilo of chickpeas
- 1 leek
- Half an onion
- Parsley
- 1 carrot
- 1 garlic
- 100 grams of bacon in thick strips
- 100 grams of sausage
- Thin noodle (30 grams per person)
How to make stew soup with bacon:
- We put all the ingredients in a pot to cook with two and a half liters of water. They are cooked for 2 hours (in the pressure cooker, half an hour is enough).
- Strain the broth and remove the meat and chickpeas. Fry the chopped onion in a little oil and a few pieces of chopped chorizo and bacon. Add the broth and when it starts to boil, add the noodles to taste.
- Cook for about 1/4 hour and serve. The meat that we have removed before is cooked with some peppers and fried tomato. The chickpeas accompany the cocido soup in a separate tray.
