  • 1 chorizo ​​for cooked
  • 1 onion blood sausage
  • 2 cane bones
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 leeks
  • 2 turnips
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • Salt

How to make Cooked with black pudding:

The night before, soak the chickpeas in warm water.

The water has to cover them.

In a very large pot, with a lid, put three liters of water, the zancarrón, the washed and well-cleaned bones, the bacon or bacon, and the tip of the ham.

We put the fire and when it starts to boil, remove the foam that will have formed on the surface.

We add the chickpeas and put in a special net to cook the chickpeas, the breast, the carrots, the onion, the leeks, and the turnips, all washed and peeled.

Cover the pot and let it cook for about 90 minutes.

At the end of this time, add the peeled and chopped potatoes, the chorizo, ​​and the black pudding.

Season with salt and cook for another 30 minutes. To serve the stew we will follow a special order of service.

The meats: zancarrón, ham, chorizo ​​and black pudding, chickpeas, and vegetables are served in a separate bowl.

With the strained broth, we prepare a soup, calculating more or less 20 grams of fine noodles per person.

To make a good soup, let the noodles cook for 10 minutes.
