Ingredients to make Oatmeal Cooked with Banana and Strawberry:

  • 125 grams of oat flakes
  • 1 cup of Milk (240 milliliters)
  • 4 units of Strawberries
  • 1 unit of Banana
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar
  • 1 pinch of Cinnamon powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of Butter
  • 1 splash of vanilla essence

How to make Banana Strawberry Cooked Oatmeal:

  1. Before making this breakfast of champions, the first step is to prepare all the ingredients.
  2. In a pot, add the oats with the milk, the vanilla essence, the cinnamon powder and a tablespoon of sugar.
  3. Mix everything very well and cook over low heat for 10 minutes, until you get a soft and thick oatmeal.
  4. Separately, in a skillet, melt the butter with a tablespoon of sugar.
  5. When the sugar dissolves, add the strawberries and the banana, all cut into slices, and cook over very low heat.
  6. Mix constantly until the fruits are soft and caramelized.
  7. When they are ready, remove them from the heat.
  8. It is time to serve the cooked oatmeal with the banana and caramelized strawberries.
  9. Enjoy this recipe at breakfast time with a little maple syrup and accompanied with orange juice.
