Cooked frozen prawns recipe

Ingredients to make cooked frozen prawns:

  • 300 grams of whole frozen prawns
  • 1 teaspoon of oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 25 cubic centimeters of white wine (optional)

How to make Cooked Frozen Prawns:

  1. The first step is to carefully clean each prawnto remove any remaining sand.
  2. Do it in a large bowl with plenty of warm water, it will also help to defrost your shrimp.
  3. Carefully remove its shell, starting with the head, as you can see in the image.
  4. Open the shell underneath and remove it, along with the legs and tail, to expose the shrimp.
  5. Before cooking your prawns, remove the intestines with a toothpick or knife, inserting the tip of the element into the top of the prawn and carefully pulling it out completely. If it is difficult, you can make a cross section to remove it with the help of water, under the tap.
  6. Now, proceed to cook the frozen prawns.
  7. One of the ways is by heating a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil and 1 garlicto flavor the oil.
