Cooked Bonito with onion recipe

Ingredients to make Bonito cooked with onion:

  • 2 wheels of tuna 3 centimeters thick (600/700 grams)
  • 2 onion
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • 1 green country pepper
  • 1 glass of txakolí from Getaria
  • olive oil

How to make Bonito cooked with onions:

  1. Cut the onions, half a clove of garlic, and the green pepper.
  2. Sauté in a frying pan over low heat with olive oil and a glass of txakolí from Guevara (if the latter is not available, a dry white wine of any other denomination).
  3. When the onion is soft, add the prickly pear, together with the onion.
  4. Cooking 5 minutes on each side and serve.
