Cooked barnacles recipe

Ingredients to make Cooked Barnacles:

  • Water
  • 1 kg of barnacles
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 70 gr of coarse sea salt

How to make Cooked Barnacles:

  1. We put a pot with water, the two bay leaves and the 70 grams of salt on the fire until it boils.
  2. Once the water boils, add the barnacles and when it boils again, wait 2 more minutes
  3. After two minutes, we remove the barnacles from the water, put them on a tray and we can always serve them covered with a clean cotton cloth, so that they can be eaten hot.
