Condensed Milk Cake Recipe without Oven

This easy no-bake cake is one of my favorites. It is made with a condensed milk cream. The colder it is, the better, so it is advisable to do it from one day to the next, because the flavor is more intensified.

Ingredients to make condensed milk cake without oven:

  1. 1 can of condensed milk
  2. 360 grams of cream cheese
  3. 200 grams of unsweetened milk cream
  4. 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence
  5. 1 envelope of unflavored Gelatin
  6. 32 Vanillas or solotas
  7. Port or coffee (to moisten the vanillas)
  8. Grated chocolate to decorate

How to make condensed milk cake without oven:

  • To make this condensed milk cake without an oven, the first step we have to do is line the base of the removable mold and the sides with the vanillas. My mold is 26 cm but if you don’t have one, you can use a large ring. Ideally, all the vanillas or solet as should have the same size, so it’s okay if they cut the bottom tip a little.
  • Next, moisten the vanillas from the base of the condensed milk cake without oven. In my case I did it with port wine but it can also be done with coffee. Reserve
  • Next, hydrate the flavorless gelatin in water and dissolve it, taking it to the microwave for a few seconds and semi-whipping the milk cream. Reserve
  • Mix the condensed milk with the cream cheese and the tablespoons of vanilla essence. Then add the hydrated and dissolved gelatin, and finally add the semi-whipped cream. Then mix everything to integrate the easy condensed milk cake filling.
  • And then we pour the pie filling over the vanillas. You have to take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours, because the colder the condensed milk cake is, the better.
  • And we already have the condensed milk cake without an oven ready! When serving it, we can decorate it with grated chocolate, a chocolate ganache, with cut seasonal fruits or even with whipped cream.
