Ingredients to make Compound Squids:
- 1 kilo of squid
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 3 heads of garlic
- 1 tomato
- Half a glass of white wine
- Half a glass of vinegar
- 2 glasses of water
- Peppers
- Black pepper
- Thyme
- Laurel
- Nails
- Salt
How to make Compound Squids:
- We clean the squid and cut them into thin slices.
- In a cauldron, we will chop the onion, the pepper, the tomatoes and the garlic, we put a little oil and we will fry.
- Add a little salt, pepper and cloves.
- When it starts to boil, add the squid along with the water, vinegar, white wine, and paprika
- Finally add the thyme and bay leaf.
- We leave it on the fire until we check that the squids are tender.
- This dish can be accompanied with wrinkled potatoes or white rice.
