Colombian Shrimp Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients to make Colombian Shrimp Ceviche:

  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • 4 units of Lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of Chili or Red Pepper
  • 100 grams of roasted corn
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 10 grams of refined salt
  • 1 teaspoon of Coriander
  • 1 unit of purple onion

How to make Colombian Shrimp Ceviche:

  1. Prepare all the ingredients for the elaboration of the Colombian ceviche.
  2. Marinate the shrimpin the lemon juice (approximately 30 minutes of marinating) in the refrigerator.
  3. While the shrimp are marinating, cut the red onion in half and finely chop it into small squares. Cut the coriander finely.
  4. Once the 30 minutes of marinating have passed, add the red onion, cilantro, chilies or red pepper, sour cream or sour cream and finally the salt. Rectify flavor.
