How to make Colombian Fruit Salad:
The first step to make our recipe is to pre-list the ingredients. In a bowl add the melon, pineapple and papaya. Peel and cut the fruit into pieces as shown in the photograph.
Add the apple in squares, the strawberries in slices and the previously peeled peach. Mix all the fruits very well and make sure they are well distributed in the bowl.
Divide the fruit mixture into individual plates and add the granadilla (which is the pulp that it contains inside) and the sliced banana. Use your creativity to decorate the plate with the rest of the ingredients. Add one or two teaspoons of whole grain cereal and grated peasant cheese on top of the salads. Finish the Colombian fruit salad by adding the yogurt to each of the plates and decorate with the sliced kiwis on top.
