1 To start making our Colombian bean casserole recipe, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients.

If you want, you can use the meat and fried potatoes that you have left over from another day, but if you have to make everything from scratch.

2 To start cooking, wash our vegetables and chop into small squares to make an onion and tomato sauce. Bring to a skillet over medium heat adding a little oil, garlic paste, salt and pepper to taste to give it a little flavor.

3 Besides, take the green plantain chips to the oven or to a pan with oil to make them fried, everything will depend on whether we want to obtain a more or less greasy cooking. Reserve.

4 Recover the soffit and add the beans to the pan. Mix everything very well until the ingredients are integrated.

Remember that for this recipe we are using precooked kidney beans. If you want to make them yourself, you will need to cook them in boiling water until they soften. For more details on this type of preparation, you can take a look at the drunken beans recipe.

5 Next, add some pat cones cut into medium pieces to the pan with the beans and the soffit.

6 Serve each portion of the Colombian bean casserole in an individual clay pot and finish the dish with a dollop of guacamole on top.
