Cold White Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients to make Cold White Bean Salad:

  • 500 grams of cooked white beans
  • 100 grams of red pepper
  • 100 grams of green pepper
  • 200 grams of onion
  • 70 grams of Olive
  • 120 milliliters of olive oil
  • 40 milliliters of Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How to make Cold White Bean Salad:

The first step is to get all the ingredients ready. Remember to wash and drain the white beans very well. Then cut all the ingredients finely and place everything in a bowl. Then mix until everything is evenly distributed.

To make the white bean salad vinaigrette, mix the vinegar with the oil separately and if you have it, also add half a teaspoon of xanthan gum. This last ingredient is not essential. Use a whisk to beat well.
