Ingredients to make Cold Vichisousse:
- 4 chopped celery stick(s)
- 8 leek(s) chopped, without the green
- 10 potato(s) peeled and chopped
- 1 cup(s) cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to make Cold Vichisousse:
- Put all the ingredients in a pot, season with salt and pepper, cover with water. Cook until the potatoes are cooked. Cool and blend, adding the cream. Refrigerate, garnish with chopped chives.
