Cold Vichisousse Recipe

Ingredients to make Cold Vichisousse:

  • 4 chopped celery stick(s)
  • 8 leek(s) chopped, without the green
  • 10 potato(s) peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup(s) cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to make Cold Vichisousse:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot, season with salt and pepper, cover with water. Cook until the potatoes are cooked. Cool and blend, adding the cream. Refrigerate, garnish with chopped chives.
