  • 3 tablespoons of Mayonnaise

How to make cold seafood cannelloni:

  1. Let’s see the ingredients to prepare these cold cannelloni. You can replace the tomato sauce and mayonnaise with a ready-made pink sauce.
  2. The packaged pineapple is in its juice; discard the preparations with syrup because they contain a lot of sugar.
  3. For the prawns we have chosen a preparation of already peeled and cooked prawns.
  4. As for the cannelloni, you can opt for quick cannelloni preparations, which are not cooked.
  5. Prepare the cannelloni sheetsfollowing the instructions of the corresponding brand.
  6. In this case, we boil them in plenty of salted water and then drain them and let them cool.
