Ingredients to make cold heart of palm or asparagus soup:
- For 4 people:
- 3/4 cup hearts of palm or asparagus in brine, strained and chopped
- 1 pc. small cream cheese (your favorite brand)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups plain chicken broth (chicken stock)
- Salt and
- white pepper to season
How to make cold heart of palm or asparagus soup:
- Separate a large spoonful of hearts of palm or asparagus for decorating the dishes.
- Blend the rest of the hearts of palm or asparagus and season with cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken stock, salt and white pepper.
- Let cool, serve the bowls and decorate with the rest previously separated.
