Cold heart of palm or asparagus soup recipe

Ingredients to make cold heart of palm or asparagus soup:

  • For 4 people:
  • 3/4 cup hearts of palm or asparagus in brine, strained and chopped
  • 1 pc. small cream cheese (your favorite brand)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups plain chicken broth (chicken stock)
  • Salt and
  • white pepper to season

How to make cold heart of palm or asparagus soup:

  1. Separate a large spoonful of hearts of palm or asparagus for decorating the dishes.
  2. Blend the rest of the hearts of palm or asparagus and season with cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken stock, salt and white pepper.
  3. Let cool, serve the bowls and decorate with the rest previously separated.
