- 2 unit green apple
- 1/2 unit white onion
- 4g curry powder
- 40 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml chicken broth
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Cold Green Apple Curry Soup:
- List all the ingredients.
- In a pan with oil, sauté the finely chopped onion with a pinch of salt.
- Add the peeled and diced apples, lower the heat and cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the curry powder and mix.
- Blend the mixture with the chicken broth, salt and pepper.
- When it is cold, take it to the fridge for a few minutes, cover with milk cream and enjoy
