Cold Green Apple Curry Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Cold Green Apple Curry Soup:

  • 2 unit green apple
  • 1/2 unit white onion
  • 4g curry powder
  • 40 ml heavy cream
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Cold Green Apple Curry Soup:

  1. List all the ingredients.
  2. In a pan with oil, sauté the finely chopped onion with a pinch of salt.
  3. Add the peeled and diced apples, lower the heat and cover. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the curry powder and mix.
  5. Blend the mixture with the chicken broth, salt and pepper.
  6. When it is cold, take it to the fridge for a few minutes, cover with milk cream and enjoy
