Cold fennel soup with smoked salmon recipe

Ingredients to make cold fennel soup with smoked salmon:

  • Fennel
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • The white of a leek
  • 2 liters of chicken broth (of tablet if you want)
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 100 ml of liquid cream
  • A little butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make cold fennel soup with smoked salmon:

  1. Finely chop all the vegetables and sauté them in butter.
