Cold Cucumber Cream Recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make cold cucumber cream with Thermomix:

  • 800 grams of Cucumbers
  • 5 units of natural yogurt
  • ½ unit of Lemon (juice)
  • 6 pieces of ice (cubes)
  • 1 handful of fresh mint
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper

How to make Cold Cucumber Cream with Thermomix:

  1. Before starting to cook with the Thermomix we must prepare the cucumbers. To do this, wash and peel all the cucumbers and chop them a little.
  2. Place the cucumbers in the glass along with the rest of the ingredients on the list. Set aside some mint leaves for the final decoration and grind everything programming for 3 minutes at maximum speed.
  3. Taste the cream of cucumber and correct the seasoning if necessary by adding a little more salt, pepper or even a little more mint. If you want a creamier consistency you can add a little cream or milk cream.
  4. Serve the cold cucumber cream with Thermomix and decorate each plate with the fresh mint leaves that you have reserved.
