Ingredients to make cold cucumber cream with Thermomix:
- 800 grams of Cucumbers
- 5 units of natural yogurt
- ½ unit of Lemon (juice)
- 6 pieces of ice (cubes)
- 1 handful of fresh mint
- 1 pinch of salt and pepper
How to make Cold Cucumber Cream with Thermomix:
- Before starting to cook with the Thermomix we must prepare the cucumbers. To do this, wash and peel all the cucumbers and chop them a little.
- Place the cucumbers in the glass along with the rest of the ingredients on the list. Set aside some mint leaves for the final decoration and grind everything programming for 3 minutes at maximum speed.
- Taste the cream of cucumber and correct the seasoning if necessary by adding a little more salt, pepper or even a little more mint. If you want a creamier consistency you can add a little cream or milk cream.
- Serve the cold cucumber cream with Thermomix and decorate each plate with the fresh mint leaves that you have reserved.
