Ingredients to make Cold Cucumber Cream:
- 1/2 l of vegetable broth
- 1 lemon
- fresh parsley
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1kg cucumbers
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 green apples
- Salt
How to make Cold Cucumber Cream:
- Peel and chop the cucumbers (reserve a few pieces for garnish) and the apples.
- Peel and remove the germ from the garlic clove.
- Squeeze the lemon with the help of a fork.
- In a large container, put the yogurt, the broth, the cucumbers, the apples, the garlic, the lemon juice and blend.
- Season and chill in the refrigerator.
- Step 3 Wash and finely chop the parsley.
- Serve the cream in individual bowls, with some finely sliced cucumber slices and parsley.
