Ingredients to make Cold Cauliflower Salad:
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 carrots
- 1 purple onion
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- chopped parsley

How to make Cold Cauliflower Salad:
Wash the cauliflower, separate it into small trees and cut them to obtain smaller pieces. Apart, peel the carrots and cut them to your liking. Of course, try to make pieces of a similar size to those of cauliflower. Cook the cauliflower and carrot in a pot of boiling water for 5-10 minutes, depending on how done you want them to be. If you prefer to make the cauliflower salad raw, you can too! In this case, you can skip this step. Drain the vegetables when they are ready and run them under cold water to stop the cooking. Then, place them in a bowl or a salad bowl, add the chopped onion, the chopped parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
