Cold Avocado Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Cold Avocado Soup:

  • 1 lemon(s) its juice
  • 300 gr ripe avocado(s)
  • 2 3/4 cup(s) chicken broth
  • 1 cup(s) cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) tequila
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Tabasco sauce
  • to taste pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) coriander finely chopped

How to make Cold Avocado Soup:

  1. Peel the avocados and remove the shell.
  2.  Blend the pulp of the avocados.
  3. Add lemon juice and broth.
  4. Add the cream, tequila, Tabasco, salt and pepper.
  5. There should be a cream. If it is too thick add a little more broth.
  6. Refrigerate taking care not to change color.
  7. Garnish with chopped coriander.
