Ingredients to make coffee liqueur:
- 1/2 unit orange (for dry skin)
- 2 cinnamon stick
- 150 gr. coffee (beans)
- 100 gr. sweet anise
- 2 l. Water
- 1 kg. sugar
- pomace (to taste)
How to make coffee liqueur:
- Bring the water, coffee, dried orange peel, cinnamon sticks and anise to a boil.
- With the sugar we will make a caramel that does not become bitter and we will put the previous preparation already strained.
- We will boil it again to undo the caramel and we will add the pomace to taste.
