Coffee Liquor

Ingredients to make coffee liqueur:

  1. 1/2 unit orange (for dry skin)
  2. 2 cinnamon stick
  3. 150 gr. coffee (beans)
  4. 100 gr. sweet anise
  5. 2 l. Water
  6. 1 kg. sugar
  7. pomace (to taste)

How to make coffee liqueur:

  • Bring the water, coffee, dried orange peel, cinnamon sticks and anise to a boil.
  • With the sugar we will make a caramel that does not become bitter and we will put the previous preparation already strained.
  • We will boil it again to undo the caramel and we will add the pomace to taste.
